Rules regarding Payment of Fees
1. Tuition fees is can be paid by cash in the school office or in the bank (Axis Bank) before the 15th of the month/quarterly installment
2. Parents/ Guardians are requested to check the entry in the fee card every quarter.
3. Cheques are not accepted.
4. Delay of payment of tuition fees after the 15th of the month will lead to payment of a late fee.
5. No reduction in monthly fee is made for any period of non-attendance.
6. No Fees may be paid in full for the whole year if the parent so desires.
7. All arrears of fees must be cleared before any Examination begins.
8. Delay of payment beyond one quarter lead to the students name being struck off the school rolls
9. It is not advisable to entrust children with the fees.
10. Parents are requested to bring the fee card on the day of results.
11. School leaving Certificate/Transfer is given until all certificate fees due to the school have been paid in full.
12. Fees once paid will not be refundable or transferable under any circumstances.
13. All outstanding dues to the school must be cleared at least 20 days before the commencement of the Annual Examination in March.
Fee Schedule
1. First Instalment - 1st April to 15th April
2. Second Instalment - 1st July to 15th July
3. Third Instalment - 1st Sep. to 15th Sep.
4. Fourth Instalment - 1st Dec. to 15th Dec.
